Out and about...
This weekend Rachel and I went hiking with a Korean guy we work with. There is a beautiful national park right outside fo Seoul. They are not kidding when they say that hiking is the Korean national pastime. I could not believe how many people were out. It was actually a real hike, about 6 hours and a lot of scrambling around on rocks. (It was awesome to see old Korean woman tackeling it).The granite peaks were incredible. I cannot imagine how amazing this area must have been before te ginormous city took over. Sunday was not the best day to go though, because it was a mad house. It is scary enough to be scrambing on a cliff without a ton of other people doing the same. It was really great to get out of the city though.

I love Bukansan! It's good you got to explore it. Insabong is a great climbing crag in the park but way too crowded unless you can make it on a weekday.
GORGEOUS pictures. That's incredible. I can't wait to talk to you tomorrow morning!!!!! Phone date with Ariel... highlight of my day :)
