Climbing in Krabi
We knew upon leaving Ton Sai the first time that we had to make it back...so we ended our time in Thailand climbing on the beach, what could be better. There is something magical about that place, Must be a combination of the beautiful limestone cliffs, the torquoise ocean and all the great people. Leaving this time was a bit harder because we came to the realization that it will never be the same. In about a months time they are tearing down half the town and putting up a fancy resort. Oh and nevermind the fact that the beach at Ton Sai is rocky and not nice, they are going to blast the rock and import sand so it is nice enough for non dirtbags to come visit. We talked to people who were there 8 years ago when the whole place was just being discovered and climbers all came over and camped on the beach. Despite all the changes, it is still an amazing place though. It was pretty great to climb over the ocean and have monkeys jumping over your head, no joke. We met soem great people ofcourse. We spent the week climbing with Chris who is from Durango Colorado...practically neighbors. Good times for sure. So in a couple days we will have worn out our 3 month welcome here in Thailand. Right now we are in Phuket trying to get some stuff shipped to Korea, we will be headed to Cambodia in a couple days. Much love to all!

I love the photos, especially the cute little guy without the tattoos--just kidding.
Very sad what comes in the name of progress.
Stay safe and well, love you.
